We aim to keep things simple and fair. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations and credits work for classes and membership at Anand Yoga Centre. If anything is unclear, please ask us before you book.
Your first class is ₹199. If you continue with us, that amount is credited towards your first month. As it is an introductory trial, the ₹199 itself is not separately refundable.
Monthly membership covers the calendar month from when it starts. You may choose not to renew at any time, and it will simply not continue into the next month. We do not refund the unused part of a month you have already begun.
Classes you are unable to attend are not refunded. Where we offer a class credit, any unused credit is forfeited if you cancel your membership. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
Aerial yoga is a separate premium pack. Because places are limited for safety, the same cancellation terms apply, and unused sessions in a pack are not refunded once the pack has started.
Promotional credits and coupons expire ninety days from the date they are issued, unless we state otherwise. They have no cash value and cannot be combined unless stated.
If we ever need to cancel a class, we will offer you a make-up class or a credit of equal value. Your scheduled practice will not be lost because of a change on our side.
