Why small batches

What ‘maximum 14’ means for you

We cap every studio class at 14 people on purpose. It is the biggest difference between a class where you are actually seen and one where you are just a number.

You get corrected

With 14 or fewer, Sailaja can watch your alignment and adjust each posture, not just call it out to a crowd.

Beginners stay safe

Smaller groups mean closer supervision, so new practitioners build confidence without risking injury.

Premium without the premium price

Small-batch attention is what bigger studios charge ₹3,200+ for. You get it here from ₹2,000 a month.
Questions

Pricing: your questions

How much does a yoga membership cost in Kolathur?
Unlimited studio membership at Anand Yoga Centre is ₹2,000 per month, ₹5,499 per quarter or ₹19,999 per year. Every option keeps the same maximum of 14 people per class. You can also pay as you go: a single drop-in class is ₹400–450, or a 10-class pack is ₹1,799.
Do you offer a trial class, and how much is it?
Yes. Your first class is ₹199 on a weekday, or ₹299 for a weekend session or an aerial taster. Both are fully redeemable against your first month's fee if you decide to continue, so the trial costs you nothing extra when you join. Book it on WhatsApp.
How much is aerial yoga and is it separate from the membership?
Aerial yoga is a separate premium tier because each class is limited to only four hammocks. It is ₹3,000 per month for an 8-class pack, or ₹600 as a single drop-in, and it stacks on top of any studio membership. Anand Yoga Centre is the only studio offering aerial yoga in north Chennai.
Do you have prenatal, kids and private one-to-one classes?
Yes. Prenatal and postnatal yoga runs as a guided 8–10 week course for ₹4,500–6,000. Kids' yoga is sold by term at ₹3,000–4,000. Private one-to-one sessions with personalised attention are ₹1,200–1,500 per session. Message us on WhatsApp to find the right fit and the next start date.
Why do you publish your prices when most Chennai studios don't?
Most studios in Chennai hide prices and ask you to enquire first. We publish every rupee, from memberships and drop-ins to aerial, prenatal and kids, because you deserve to know exactly what you'll pay before you walk in. No quotes, no pressure, no surprises.
What does 'maximum 14 per class' mean for me?
Every studio class is capped at 14 people on purpose. Small batches mean Sailaja can see and correct each person, adjust postures for your body, and keep beginners safe. Larger drop-in classes can't give that kind of attention. It's the same small-batch quality bigger studios charge more for.
