What yoga programs does Anand Yoga Centre offer in Kolathur?
Anand Yoga Centre runs four multi-week programs in Kolathur: prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga, a women's wellness practice and kids yoga. Each runs in small, founder-led groups so Sailaja can guide every participant individually. Programs are gentle and guided, and the wellness practice is designed to support, never to treat or cure.
How much do the yoga programs cost?
The prenatal program is ₹4,500–6,000 depending on length and format. The kids term is ₹3,000–4,000. Postnatal and women's wellness pricing depends on whether you join a small group or prefer 1:1 sessions. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll share the current options.
Is prenatal yoga safe during pregnancy?
Prenatal yoga is gentle and trimester-aware, and we always teach it with your doctor's guidance in mind. Please tell Sailaja about your stage of pregnancy and any health notes before you begin, and check with your obstetrician if you are unsure. We will modify or adapt the practice to keep it comfortable for you. This is supportive movement, not medical care.
Can yoga help with thyroid issues or PCOS?
Our women's wellness practice offers gentle, guided movement and breathwork that many women find supportive alongside their medical care. It is not a treatment or cure for thyroid conditions or PCOS, and it never replaces your doctor's advice. We keep the framing honest and dignified: yoga as supportive practice, not a medical promise.
What age can children start kids yoga?
Kids yoga at Anand Yoga Centre is age-tiered and playful, focused on strength, focus and calm rather than performance. Message us with your child's age and we'll let you know which term fits best. The kids program runs as a term at ₹3,000–4,000.
