Anand Yoga Centre runs morning and evening batches Monday to Saturday, at 6 AM and again between 6 and 8 PM, with a calmer Sunday morning session from 7 to 9 AM. Classes are capped at fourteen so every woman gets real attention, so it is best to reserve your slot ahead on WhatsApp. Aerial, prenatal and kids sessions are scheduled separately, so just ask us for the times that suit you.
Morning and evening Hatha and Vinyasa batches. Exact class type per slot is confirmed when you book, so you always land in the right room.
